Oh dear! Typically seems to be behaving on mine. If it's getting as far as downloading to your computer and then doesn't open properly there might be a problem with your acrobat reader. It might be worth going to and clicking on the "Download Reader" link to reinstall it. Alternatively feel free to drop me a note to with further details (which browser do you use and are there any error messages?) and I'll see if I can diagnose?
